Jessica is Director of Operations at VectorPoint Ventures. Jessica has more than 15 years of experience as a strategic and operational leader, excelling at building the processes and reporting frameworks that allow growth-stage organizations to scale. She is also currently serving as Executive Director of Cleantech Open, Jessica previously served as COO and Director of Operations, where she was the primary architect of operational dashboards tracking revenue, participation, and cost efficiency. Her leadership was instrumental in streamlining workflows and reducing execution friction across eight regional hubs, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Prior to Cleantech Open, Jessica spent over five years at Apollo Education Group as Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this role, she owned the end-to-end partner lifecycle and designed scalable engagement models that deepened corporate partnerships and improved retention. Her earlier career includes a significant role as Director of Research & Population Statistics for the State of Arizona, where she directed statewide economic data operations and managed reporting systems for policymakers and stakeholders.

Beyond her corporate roles, Jessica is an entrepreneur at heart, having co-founded the nonprofit Seeds to Inspire, where she oversaw operations and fundraising. Her board service includes a multi-year tenure with Discovery Triangle and Cleantech Open. Jessica attended New York University’s Stern School of Business for her undergraduate work and holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
