Founder Tricia Hosek has been a leader to growing high technology companies for more than twenty years. Her expertise includes product and customer strategies, business planning, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and all aspects of operational and organizational excellence.

Tricia has prior executive management experience as President of Switching Solutions at Tekelec, Inc, as President of the Converged Access Unit and the North American Wireline Access Unit at Siemens ICN, Inc, and as Executive Vice President at Efficient Networks, Inc.

Through this experience, Tricia played a key role in the completion of seven mergers/acquisitions, the dramatic growth and successful initial public offering of a startup, the achievement of #1 global market share position in multiple product categories, and the globalization of major design and sales operations. Tricia has the unique experience of success in startup environments as well as in running global multi-hundred million dollar operations.
